Jason and Pili founded Yarusi Holdings, a multifamily investment firm in 2016. They are Large Multifamily Owners, Operators and Syndicators.  Yarusi Holdings LLC has over $75M in AUM across over 850 Multifamily Units. The firm repositions properties through operational efficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations and complete rebranding.

They have started and exited multiple businesses in the past 15 years and Jason's family construction business has a niche industry position in raising and moving structures. The company has elevated over 2,000 homes in the last 7 years alone.

Beyond real estate they love spending time with their 3 young kiddos Luke, Lily, and Leo, and are avid fitness junkies - including Crossfit, Ultra marathons, and lots of pushups.

Chad started his Real Estate business in the wholesale/fix and flip space and has completed over 400 wholesale/Fix and Flip deals to date. He is now the owner of several companies, an accomplished investor, and a business coach. His company, Titan Capital Group, purchases off market multifamily apartment complexes. Chad’s passion is building generational wealth through investing in Real Estate; he currently owns 494 doors.
